Treasurer Goldberg appoints Chandra Bork to Deputy Treasurer
Boston- Today, Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg announced the appointment of Chandra Bork as a deputy treasurer.
Chandra Bork currently serves as Chief of Staff in the Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office. In this role, she supports Treasurer Deborah Goldberg and her mission to ensure economic opportunity, economic stability, and economic security for every Massachusetts resident. Prior to serving as Chief of Staff, Chandra was Deputy Chief of Staff, and Communications Director. She has been with the office since 2011.
Chandra has worked on statewide campaigns in Massachusetts and Michigan. While attending Michigan State University she was twice elected Communications Director of the Michigan State University Democrats. She also worked as a legislative aide to Mark Meadows, a Michigan legislator and Assistant Leader of the Michigan House of Representatives.
Chandra has served on the Boards of Planned Parenthood and the Quincy Animal Shelter. She lives in Quincy, Massachusetts with her husband Noah, daughter Lainey, and two rambunctious French Bulldogs.
