Statement from Treasurer Goldberg on Supreme Court and Roe vs. Wade

“For nearly 50 years, women have had access to care and the right to choose,” said Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg. “This potential determination by the Supreme Court puts women in extreme danger and undermines the fundamental rights that we have fought so hard to achieve. Decisions about our bodies do not belong to politicians. Those decisions belong to us. I stand with women and will advocate undeniably for the freedom to determine our future.”
