Joshua
Joshua is a Program Associate with the Treasury’s Clean Water Trust (CWT). Below, Joshua gives his perspective of working at the Treasury.
What is your favorite part of working at the Treasury? “I like working for the Treasury and the Clean Water Trust because I can use multiple areas of my skill set. I have been able to use my customer service, research, analytical, and communication skills a great deal.”
How have you grown professionally in your role at the Treasury? “As a Program Associate, I have gone from learning how to carry out the basic functions of the Trust’s financing programs to someone that evaluates them and has led initiatives to change aspects of them.”
If you could describe the workplace culture in one short sentence, what would it be? “An office that is accommodating and allows for work/life balance.”
What is your funniest/memorable moment at Treasury? “The most memorable moment of working at Treasury for me was the 2019 Holiday Party.”
When Joshua is not working, he is watching his favorite team, the Boston Red Sox, and wishing he could swap places with one of the players so he can hit a home run at Fenway Park.
