Statement – The Passing of Avram Goldberg

We regret to inform you of the passing of Avram J. Goldberg, the father of State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg. Mr. Goldberg passed away on Sunday evening. He was 92 years old. Our deepest condolences to the Treasurer, his loving wife of 73 years, Carol Goldberg, the entire family, and to everyone who knew Avram and enjoyed his bright presence. Services will be private, with a celebration of life to be held in May.
